Holding the Vision While You Create

First things first, I am a Virgo and the oldest out of my siblings, so project management has been my thing long before I had a title for it.
I genuinely love organizing and making a way when there doesn’t seem to be one. I know schedules, timelines, securing dates, coordinating meetings, meals, and groups can sound overwhelming and chaotic. And yes… it can be. But there’s something about things aligning and to-do lists being crossed off that makes my heart smile, especially when it comes to building out creative projects and processes.
I’m also an artist, so I understand how an artist’s mind works. I’m intuitive, too, which allows me to quickly tap into how different creatives move and create. When an artist is locked into their passion, that’s all they want to do. They’re in it, sometimes so deeply they forget to eat.
That’s where I come in.
I like to hold everything else. The timelines, the logistics, the moving pieces, while keeping everyone aligned, supported, and on track. I check in, I encourage, I create structure so the creative can stay in flow.
Drink water.
When you get off work, meet me here, we’re starting the next phase.
Don’t worry, food is already on the way.
The little things, the medium things, and the big things all matter. They all deserve care and attention. And when things are planned with intention, and held by someone you trust, your project gets the space it needs to fully come to life.
